Hi, I’m Becca, your new full-time groomer!

              I am proud to announce my addition to the Barking Dog family! I have been professionally grooming for over 7 years. At university, I studied dog behavior and animal cognition, broadening my understanding of pets and their experiences. My extensive education in psychology and body language has made it easy for pups to feel heard and safe while in my care. 

I specialize in all dogs that need that extra one-on-one time. I believe that first impressions are the most important. A dog’s first time with me creates that foundation of trust and understanding, paving the way for their future grooming experiences.

 My passion above all else is your pup’s positive experience; nothing makes my day better than a nervous client who leaves wagging their tail, forgetting how scary it was at first! My motto is comfort over vanity, always assuring that your dog’s health and mindset are the priority at all times. There’s nothing a little time, patience, and TLC can’t fix, and I would be more than honored to give that to your fur baby.
